How I got fat...

I am a mother of 4 kids my last baby is now 3 months old. My pregnancy was a dream as far as weight is concerned. I would gain the pregnancy weight and then lose it as soon as I had the baby. Not my last one! I had gained 42 pounds which is a healthy weight to gain but after I had the baby I only lost 10! I was totally at a loss for words! I had never been overweight in my life. I decided that I needed to get the weight off and fast!

I decided to start dieting but I didn't know where to start exactly. I wished that there was a "for dummies" book about dieting b/c I needed a step by step plan of how I was going to accomplish my 40 pound weight loss. I wanted a way on how to conquer fat loss because frankly I was sick of it!

I decided to write some reviews on the products I have tried to lose weight.

#1 Fat Loss 4 Idiots
This is a product that I really liked. It puts you on a fast pass fat loss diet. What I also liked about the program is it reveals the truth about dieting and explains why certain things do not work.They show you how you can stop retaining water, eat more then 3 times a day and still lose weight, and even how you can still drink alcohol and lose weight! They claim to help you lose 9 pounds in 11 days and I lost more!

#2 The Carb Rotation Diet
This system is pretty cool b/c not only does it show you how to lose the pounds it shows you how you can shape your body so you can get into the dress size that you want to fit into! This site is used by a professional dietitian and if you don't lose the pounds you get your money back!

#3Eat STOP Eat
This program is a little scary but if you can hang with it you can lose the weight. It is a dieting plan based on fasting. While you are fasting they also show you how to do weight training so you can ton your body as well. I kind of liked this program but I had a hard time not eating lol!
