Obesity Epidemic is the most prevalent nutritional disorder in the United States. With a joint project by a group of scientists and by the National Institute on Aging (a component of the National Institutes of Health), a report was released that cautions America on the rising prevalence if obesity which can affect the mortality of an average American.Mortality is expected at decline of life expectancy estimated at 5 years . This is stated in a report named, "Obesity Threatens to Cut U.S. Life Expectancy." With this, obesity epidemic should be look up with a new thinking.

The report further justifies that younger Americans are likely to have greater risks than the older generation in terms of mortality issues. Based on the study, scientists analysed the body mass indexes and other factors that could affect the current generation of children and adults. And unless specific actions are done to meet this threat, the threat will continue in the years to come.
Aside from the threats to the younger generation, it is found out that the risk of obesity among women have elevated from its previous year's level and this have also lead to further complications like increased risk for heart disease, diabetes, general ill health and premature painful death. Don't forget to exercise!I used to work out at the GYM alot, but I found out that swimming is just as effective and a lot more revigorating. Highly recommend.
