Ok, although this lens is mostly about reviewing and sharing thoughts and opinions on weight loss ebooks online, I thought I would share some tips with you about weight loss too ;-)
There are three tips I would say are very important if you want to lose weight quickly or even lose weight at all.
These tips are more about the mental aspect of losing weight rather than the actual steps you take to do it, that's what the ebooks are for ;-)
1.) Set a specific goal
Lots of people who try to lose weight simply say to themselves "I want to lose weight fast" and they don't set any specific goals or targets, in my opinion, this is not a good way to do it.
If you have speficic goals and targets then you know exactly what you are working towards, you will be able to do things for specific outcomes rather than just "winging it" and hoping for the best.
2.) Be prepared to sacrifice
Ok, it's pretty obvious that if you're stuffing your face full of foods full of sugar and fat that you aren't doing yourself any good.
It's also pretty obvious that if you want to lose weight and are truly committed to doing so, you will likely have to stop eating these types of foods either completely or at least a lot less.
Be prepared to sacrifice some things from your lifestyle.
3.) Don't give up
Giving up is the easy way out of everything, the problem is that many people give up as soon as they face any sort of difficulty.
Many people who try to lsoe weight don't even get past the first few days, they practically give up as soon as they start.
If you truly want to lose weight, state your goal, enforce in your mind that you will NOT give up and just do it.

This seems to be a question that a lot of people want to know about, the problem is that there isn't really a method or system that is the "best", simply because it's all about peoples opinions and preferences.
One person may absolutely love one method while another person hates it, therefore it's very difficult to say which one is the "best".
In my opinion, they're all good in some way, they can all be used to lose weight if the person doing it actually puts in the effort and follows the steps in the system or plan, in the end, if you don't put in the effort to lose weight then no system/plan/method will do you any good.
Just something I thought you should keep in mind, instead of thinking about what the best way to lose weight is, just pick one and go for it.
