  3. Buddy up - include a friend in your weight loss program
  4. Drink green tea- Green tea will boost your metabolism
  5. Limit carbohydrates- Limit your bread and pasta intake
  6. Increase protein intake - protein keeps you feeling full
  7. Soup things up - Eat at least one bowl of soup every day
  8. Eat frequent small meals - This will prevent overeating
  9. Lose the scale-Instead, measure inches
  10. Avoid eating after 7:00PM - have your largest meal in the early part of the day
