Fat Loss 4 Idiots

 

This lens is all about  the Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Most of us are looking for the next Magic thing to help us lose weight and keep it off.

If you are like me, you would have already tried lots of different ways to lose weight. It's a tough and frustrating journey!.

I am going to help you by showing you this magic Fat Loss 4 Idiots program.

There are so many different diets and books and programs and they all say different things. It's really confusing to know which of the following is going to be the best!


 
1: Low Carb
2: Low Calorie
3: The Zone (what is this anyway?)
4: Dr Atkins
5: The South Beach
6: Low Fat
7: Carb addicts
8: Lower portion sizes
9: Dr Phil
10: Oprah's latest diet
 


Of course there is another way that looks quite good. The one where they bring all the food to you. You know exactly what to have for breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks. Maybe that would work, my doubts for this one are


 
1: They don't take into consideration my likes and dislikes
2: I don't have any say about what I actually feel like for dinner tonight
3: What happens after I have lost the weight and stopped ordering the food?
 


You are overweight for the most simple of reasons -- because you're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because your body is like an "engine" and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don't eat the right foods at the right times then it won't burn those calories -- and you'll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. (Hint: You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight, but we'll show you the details later).

You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact. And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS each day.

I have found the best way to exercise for me and I am hoping it may help you as well.

I had a couple of worries about exercising.

1: I am afraid of dogs I don't know
2: I have an ankle injury, so it hurts to walk on the pavement
2: I don't like being seen in my exercise clothes in public.
3: I don't want to be seen in public red faced and sweating.
4: I don't want to feel embarrassed when I exercise.

As you can see these just about rule out everything including the gym.
So I'm going to tell you my secret.
I walk out in my back yard. It is perfect for me
because.

1: I can wear whatever I like as no one can see me.
(I wear a sarong in summer with my socks and walking shoes LOL)
2: I can jump straight out of bed in the morning and start. (no procrastination)
3: I walk on the grass so my ankle doesn't hurt me
4: No dogs!

I walk across the lawn up and down as if I was mowing it. I started out for ¼ hr then progressed to 1 hour twice a day. I got fit, the weight fell off as long as I was eating right. I have Sundays off.
Try it you'll love it I bet.Its made exercising enjoyable for the first time, for me.
