What's up party people in the weight loss shake house of pain. I am here to share and discuss openly, health related issues such as weight loss shakes, vitamins, fish oil, and extra recess time for children under the age of 90. So, into the fray we go; weight loss shakes have kind of gotten a bad rap for not tasting as good as they possible can taste. They have also seem to have gotten a bad rap overall for not really helping people lose weight, and not helping people keep that weight off. I remember when Slim Fast came out and everyone lost there minds, they made it seem through clever marketing that they had the master formula when it comes to weight loss shakes. Well, meal replacement shakes have come a long way. In terms of making themselves rid of extra preservatives and cutting down on carbs and bad sugars. I think taking a thorough look into what the formula is actually made up of is a great way to make certain you are getting a product that can actually help and not hurt.
Here is my ranking system of 1 through 5, one being the least and five being flippin sweet.
1. One is so bad it is not even worth discussing further. Little to know vitamins and chock full of preservatives, carbs, and sugars. The label may as well read, "DO NOT EVER BUY...EVER!!!"
2. Two is getting better but is sort of like one it lacks in the overall healthy section.
3. Now 3 is looking a lot better than two. Three is saying hi I have high quality fiber and protein, try me! It just lacks a few things like afford ability and maybe a supplement or two.
4. Four is very nice, it offers vitamin E and a little bit of calcium. It is just a little to expensive
5. Five is the master formula. Five has all the ingredients and a little vitamin C along with all of what four has to offer, and at the same price.
Fool proof, my rankings are not but hey, no one is perfect.

I just got another email about what a bunch of Mexican students at Montebello high school did. It is silly stupid propaganda or the
best multivitamin. Wait, is this like the Hitchcock movie "The Birds"??? OH GOD!!!!its killer Mexican crows!!!!Run to where its whiter!!!!!!!!AHHHHHH!!!!!!

I do think immigration is a real issue that needs dealt with, and soon. But, I also think folks should be careful of getting there panties in a twist over high school propaganda, while real criminals reside in a much, much more dangerous place in America, known as the White House. If you really want to do this country some good, keep tabs on real criminals and there secretive activity. Not just some idiot high school kids, but idiot adults who take us to the wrong war with no strategy to get out and no lack of contentment to pass the self made problem to the next administration, who suspend the writ of Habeas Corpus whenever they feel like it, who "loose" $1 of every $5 sent to the mid east, who use the words "Terrorist" and "Terrorism" and "After the events of 911" every single chance they get to keep Americans scared, so that they can further there private agenda, who continually give tax breaks to the wealthiest of Americans who didn't need nor did they ask for it, who out a CIA operative endangering her life and her families life, because her husband wrote an Op-Ed article that they didn't like in the New York Times.
Now... what should burn our blood more, as thinking mature adults??? Children making dumb and offensive mistakes. Or mature adults committing crimes without any repercussion, whatsoever!! And then having the fortitude to call YOU unpatriotic because YOU have chosen not to be "taken" in by stupid hyperbole.
What burns your blood more! The truth is not a left vs. right issue, like politicians like to make it.
It's research and objectivity vs. willful ignorance, small mindedness, and the biggest capitulation making machine... FEAR. Fear is what is being sold and every time you, or someone else passes along this hyperbolic propaganda. The fattest of fat cats laugh and smile because the manipulators are winning and you are spinning your wheels right into there traps of manipulation and fear mongering.
