You slowly lift your leg as high as possible, hold, and then return at the starting position. Do that 10 times and switch the position; inner tight lift - your hips and ankles are in line with your shoulders. You lay down on your left side and your right knee is bent at a 90* angle; slowly lift your left leg as high as possible and to the same with your other leg 10 times each; abdominal crunches - you lay on your back and your knees are bent while your hands are behind your head. Slowly curl your shoulders up, pause, then lower slowly in starting position; do that 10 times.
