Free tool for controlling your portions

Winsor Pilates
While I have not used this program myself, people that I have spoken to, rave about it. At the moment in NZ they are promoting this product with the free circle and some time this month, I'm purchasing it and giving it a go. My mom got the previous system and said that it is fabulous, hard, but you feel exhilarated and relaxed at the same time afterwards.
The F2 Diet
This book looks pretty good, I'm thinking of getting it because it has some good tips. It's written by Audrey Eyton who created the F-Plan diet which is a diet high in fiber. She believes in taking in a lot of fiber in order to clean your colon regularly and therefore improving digestion and releasing nasty toxins in your body. There are diagrams featuring what your stools should look like and much more! The recipes in the book look great and she even has a cookbook as too.
Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo
A butt kicking, stomach crunching, leg lunging, power punching workout! This workout killed me, I sweat it out like a pig but felt great after having a shower and drinking a smoothie!
