1. Train 3 days per week. Alternating workouts.

2. Each workout will be resistance bases followed by training intervals.

3. Perform 1-3 sets per exercise and 8-10 repetitions per set.

4. Pair "non-competing" exercises in supersets.

5. A short rest between exercises.

6. 2 warm-up sets.

7. End each workout with Interval Training.

8. Exercise in workout changes every three weeks.

I just finished my 6 week plan and now I can acualy see my abs!!! Turbulence training really works (you have to work it) if you keep to it. Good Luck!
