The humor (both blatant and subtle) in this film had me laughing from the moment it started until AFTER the ending credits. Great actors, brilliant writing and directing. Two thumbs up (oh, wait, that line is already being used!)
Go ahead, disagree. I dare you.
Blazing Saddles is the best movie ever.

heh, parents sat us down in front of this when I was ten, and told us to ignore the swearwords.

The movie was funny. I really think that Mel Brooks may be the only one to be able to pull this off. It really satired racism.

- "What in the wide, wide world of sports is-a-goin' on here?" ... Uproariously funny, thanks for the lens, but regarding the actors, it's Gene Wilder, not Gene Hackman (although Hackman was great in Young Frankenstein), and what happened to Madeline Khan? ... "Driver, get me off this picture."
