It's silly, absurd, ridiculous, and laugh-out-loud funny: If you've never watched the Monty Python troupe before, this is the best thing to start with.
It's one silly sketch after another as King Arthur (Terry Gilliam) and his Knights of the Round Table search for the Holy Grail. They "ride" through the countryside (banging coconut halves together), encountering anything from killer rabbits, silly insults, shrubberies, three-headed knights, and enchanters named Tim.
If you hate silliness, this is not the movie for you. If you have an irreverent and slightly weird sense of humor, you've got to see this.

Sadly, a number of people I know who just can't chill out and relax. They have trouble seeing the lighter side of life and seem to focus on doom & gloom! No matter how hard I try, I just can't convince them to watch this great movie. Their loss I guess!
