Once upon a time in the west

The story of a man with no name and his harmonica(Bronson), who with the help of Cheyenne(Robards), a notorious outlaw and gang leader, tries to protect the land lot of a widow(Claudia Cardinale). They are protecting it from Frank(Fonda) and his gang, who is cahoots with the railroad company, is trying to overtake the lot, to build their own station there.

Creaking windmill story

When they was recording the sound of the windmill one of the production assistants asked if they should oil because it sounded creaky. And Sergio Leone said 'You touch that wheel, and I'll strangle you'

When we are first introduced to Frank(Henry Fonda) he and his gang has just shot a whole family, except for the youngest son. When one of his companions calls Frank by name, he shoots the boy.
This scene was never shown in the original American TV version, there would be commercials, and go straight to the next scene.
They couldn't cope with the idea of Henry Fonda doing something so absolutely dreadful
