I am Now a woman living each day to the fullest.

You've probably seen this on my profile on many of my sites but it really describes where I am today. I have struggled in my MLM and am so grateful for that failure. That failure lead me to where I am today. And for that I am grateful.

Here are some of the things that I learned over the years...through personal experience and errors. If you are just starting out, please learn from my mistakes.

#1 Before you sign up, read your policies and procedures as well as compensation plan. Think about it this way. Before you start a new job, you know how you will get paid, and if you get vacation and what your hours will be and how you should dress etc. So why should a business be any different. But, can you believe that most people never read the policies and procedures. It's true. I know I didn't. I got so sucked into the hype that I just signed up.

#2 Make sure you are in a 5 Pillar Company. Here are the 5 Pillars.

#3 You do NOT need to buy leads or INVEST in expensive advertising to grow a business.

#4 MLM is not a sales business. It is a relationship business. When I stopped marketing my company and instead started to get to know people, my business began to grow.

My biggest frustration is time. My time is limited and sometimes that becomes my focus where it should, instead, make me focus.
