ROGER ANTHONY (Unite and Take Flight)

Founder of Crocodiles Not Waterlillies (CNW). He is an athlete, international trainer, executive coach and dynamic public speaker. Roger captivates audiences with his wisdom, humor and sensational signature speed-bag (a.k.a. "Crocball") demonstration, which he incorporates in his speaking engagements and training presentations. In 1993, at fifty-one years of age, Roger won a gold medal, becoming Australia's first Victorian Freestyle Speed-bag Champion.

For over 20 years, Roger has inspired courage, confidence and hope with specialized corporate training programs, family seminars, keynotes and youth education programs. He has taught over 30,000 executives, parents and families one-on-one and in small to medium sized group settings. Dave has studied and learned through personal experience what enables some people to be successful and realize their potential, what holds back others from this same success. Dave is a San Diego State University graduate with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Physical Education and uses this unique blend of education in combination with his real life experiences.
