Originially Methodist, this is a very liberal university. My parents are Indian and if they knew about the naked dorms, naked parties, and liberal marijuana rules, I don't think they would have liked me going there. One of the most annoying this about this place is that no one has heard of it. Another annoying thing is that the school apparel sucks. It's sad because probably the best shirt that the school ever produced was one that said "Wesleyan University" on the front and then on the back it said "NOT..." and then listed a bunch of other schools that it is most often confused with, the most prominent of which is "Wellesley." But it's pretty sweet because we all get into grad school pretty much whereever we want. Like I know some losers from Wesleyan who got into some pretty sick grad schools. And one of the actors from that show "West Wing" was from Wesleyan. Oh, and Bill Maher went to my high school. So that's pretty cool.

- Here's a great link for the uninformed student trying to figure out which college they want to go to. No, not really, the rankings are pretty lame. Wesleyan keeps going down, apparently because it admits too many athletes with lower than average SAT scores, but that's just what I hear, don't take it personally. But there are a lot of very smart people there, even smart athletes.

- Yeah, so this is pretty lame but Bill Belichick is one of our most popular alumni, so I figured I'd throw a link on here. He was on the Wesleyan Football team but never really played. Pretty cool guy in general, but has gone some lame taste in movies, definitely not hipster enough.
