Background and Company History
Where Weycrest is based, how it all started
"Weycrest" was originally formed by Paul Lee as an "umbrella company" to allow him to work as an IT contractor in 1998.Paul then ran the servers and support for the popular Malvern based Domain Registrar Simply.Com Limited
After Simply was sold in 2004 he stayed on at Namesco Internet as Senior Systems Administrator to allow the technical systems to be merged.
In October 2005 Paul "rebooted" Weycrest to offer Low Cost Domain Registration and Cheap Web Hosting following his experiences as a successful domainer and affiliate marketer.
Paul is now restructuring the company to offer reliable, value for money, hosting, broadband and VoIP services.
Also on board is Weycrest Company Secretary, Alan Roberts can best be described as a "serial entrepreneur" with interests in the metalwork, hardware and security business. He is also a well known London night club promoter.
The company is headquarted in the heart of London's Dockland's at Trinity Buoy Wharf, and has three full time employee's as well as a number of part time helpdesk/support staff, working from home.
