How much do original music artists get paid?
Wouldn't it be great to know how much original music artists get paid?
Artists, wouldn't you like to know how different venues stack up against each other for artist pay? Wouldn't you also like to know how your act ranks in pay?
Coffeehouses, bars, house concerts, colleges, festivals... how different are they?
These questions are in 3 sections:
1. solo acts
2. duos (per person pay)
3. trios and groups (per person pay)

Got turned onto House Concerts in TX, early 90s. Back then it was like an extension of Kerrville called Urban Campfires. The idea of 30-40 friends, doing a potluck at $10 a head listening to an unplugged act is Brilliant. Two sets with a scmooze and supper in the middle sell some product and meet music fans up-close. Everybody wins!
Cool site. Like the merch'...The vids are cutting in and out tho'...All in all, a good thing going.
