What Is Master Resell Rights?
I shall answer this question in layman terms so that everyone can understand.When you are given Master Resell Rights to a particular product, it means that you have the rights to sell the product at any price you want and keep 100% of the earnings.
This is unlike promoting products as an affiliate where you'll only receive a certain percentage of commissions for every single sale you refer.
For products with Master Resell Rights, if you decide to sell a product for $47, you'll get $47 for every single sale you make. You NEED NOT pay the original product creator anything.
What's The Difference Between Resell Rights And Master Resell Rights?
There is a difference between products with Resell Rights and products with Master Resell Rights.When you're given Resell Rights to a product, it means you can only sell this product to others for their personal use only. They are not allowed to, after purchasing the product, resell it to anyone else.
However, if you're given Master Resell Rights to a product, it means that you have the rights to sell Master Resell Rights to others - and they will, upon purchasing the product, have the rights to resell this product to others, and so on.
What Can I Do With These Master Resell Rights Products?
There are many different things you can do to fully make use of these products which you have Master Resell Rights to.In this section, I'm going to share with you some of the many different ways you can do to generate massive amounts of cash from these products:
1. Use These Products Yourself
The quality of these products are no different from those you get from ClickBank or PayDotCom.
These products are of extremely high-quality. I have personally bought many of such products every month and they have helped me to double, or sometimes even triple my online earnings!
2. Sell Each Product Individually
By having Master Resell Rights to the product, it means that you now have the rights to sell it at any price you want and keep 100% of the earnings.
Of course, you DO NOT want to price the product too low (such as selling the product for insane prices such as $0.99 or $1) because by doing so, there's absolutely NO WAY you're going to generate massive amounts of cash from it.
3. Package Several Master Resell Rights Products As A Package & Sell Them
You may want to create your own package - consisting of a couple of Master Resell Rights products you own, and sell them at a packaged price.
For example, you can create a traffic generation package consisting of approximately 3 - 5 Master Resell Rights Products related to traffic generation techniques and sell them off at prices such as $27, $37, $47 or more...
4. Offer These Products As Bonuses
If you are into affiliate marketing, you can boost your affiliate income by offering some of these Master Resell Rights products you have to people who purchase products you're promoting as an affiliate via your affiliate link.
By doing so, it gives people an added incentive to want to buy from your affiliate link instead of your competitors (who may not be offering any bonuses), and thus boosting your affiliate income.
5. Give Them Away For List Building Purposes

By capturing their first name and email address in your list, you can now promote other products or services to them (either your own products, or products that you are promoting as an affiliate) for maximum profits!
What Does A Product With Master Resell Rights Consist Of?
How Does A Typical Master Resell Rights License Look Like?
A typical Master Resell Rights license will come in a form of either a text file or a PDF file.This license certifies that you now have certain rights to a particular product and it typically look like the following:
Licenses like the above are pretty much self-explanatory - telling you what you can and cannot do with the product.
However, these licenses do vary from one product to another (you have the rights to do certain things for a particular product but you do not have the rights to do the same thing for another product).
Therefore, before you start doing anything (such as selling them or giving them away) for each Master Resell Rights product, make sure you read through the license very carefully.
What If A Master Resell Rights Product I Own Does Not Have A License?
For products like this, what I normally do is to assume that I have the rights to do anything to it except the following:
- Give the product away for free
- Edit the actual product in any way

You typically might want to sell these products either at the suggested retail price, or slightly higher or lower than that as a gauge.However, you do not want to sell products for insane prices such as $0.99 or $1 - you will NEVER be able to get rich by selling products at such ridiculously low prices.
What Do I Need To Start Selling Master Resell Rights Products?
To start selling Master Resell Rights products, you'll need 3 basic things, and they are:1. Domain Name
You can get a domain name for just US$9.29 annually here.
2. Hosting Server
You need to get a hosting server so that you can upload the Master Resell Rights products for people to download after they've purchased it. You can get a hosting server for as little as $4.95/month here.
3. Payment Server
You can sign up for a free payment server with either PayPal, 2Checkout, Google Checkout to receive payment from your buyers.
Can I Edit These Master Resell Rights Products?
With Master Resell Rights, you CANNOT edit the actual product in any way (the product must remain as it is, with the original author's name).The only change you can make is with the product salesletter, and here are some of the changes you can make:
1. Including Your Name
You can include your name in the product salesletter.
It can either be your name only or you may want to include the original product creator's name AND your name.
2. Editing The Salescopy
You may wish to re-edit the product salesletter if you wish.
However, if you are not skilled in the area of copywriting, I suggest you leave the product salesletter as it is.
3. Editing The Salesletter With Your Bonus Product Offers
You may want to make the offer more enticing by including bonus products (which can be other products which you have Master Resell Rights to).
That way, you'll be able to get more sales (and more money for you!)
4. Editing The Price Of The Product
You may change the price of the product to any price you wish to charge your customers.
However, you may not want to charge it too low such that you'll not be able to make any profits from selling these products.
