When we go on a diet, whether it is a low fat, low carb or a low calorie diet, we will probably begin to lose weight. However, after a short period of time we plateau.

My downfall is after I diet. I seem to lose weight pretty well. When I try to go back to "normal" I have a hard time figuring out what is the best food items to eat and still lose weight or maintain.
