I would certainly miss a lot
Here I will describe what they are and tell you a bit about them.
First I would miss my Tim Horton's coffee every morning and afternoon.
I don't know how I would start my day without it.
Then, once in a while, I would be dying for a Poutine, a french canadian dish very popular here all over Canada.
And then, of course I would miss the fantastic canadian scenery, the gorgeous old Quebec and Montreal cities.
And who can forget about the Rocky Mountains and the spectacular Lake Louise? Photo
I Certainly Would Miss Tim Horton's Coffee And Donuts
Tim Horton's is a donut chain that has now more than 3000 shops including some in the U.S. and one in Afghanistan. The latter is a truck on a Canadian Forces Base, and is funded by the federal government. The donut chain was funded by Tim Horton, a legendery Canadian hockey player.
It is famous for its delicious coffee. I prefer this one to Starbucks.Photo

Here I will give you the recipe for the poutine and present you with a few

Place the fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle the cheese over them.
Ladle gravy over the fries and cheese, and serve immediately.
That's all there is to it.
It's not the prettiest dish to look at, but surely one of the tastiest and satisfying one.

Montreal Famous Hockey Club
According to Wikipedia Site Founded in 1909, the Canadiens are the oldest continuously operating professional ice hockey team and the only continuously operating club to predate the founding of the NHL. The franchise is one of the "Original Six" teams, a description used for teams that were part of the NHL from 1942 until the 1967 expansion. With the departure of the Quebec Nordiques in 1995, the Canadiens are the sole NHL team in Quebec. The team's championship season in 1992-93 marks the last time a Canadian team won the Stanley Cup."Photo Lake Louise, Canada
As is so well described on "their website" Lake Louise is Canada's "Diamond in the Wilderness," and the "Hiking Capital of Canada". This area offers a tremendous diversity of recreational and sightseeing opportunities. Lake Louise is home to one of North America's finest downhill ski areas, and has numerous hiking and walking trails. The region abounds with spectacular scenery, from glaciers to waterfalls.A quick word to big city dwellers - this is one of the 'last outposts of man in the area' - the next nearest 'destination' - 3 hours away - is jasper, the next town out before you're enroute to Alaska - DO NOT expect to find a booming 'Aspen' or 'Vail' nightlife experience here...
You will however find the best powder skiing on the Continent, unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities, our famous Canadian Rockies scenery; and perhaps you'll find yourself again.
The Village of Lake Louise is on the Trans-Canada Highway fifty-seven kilometers (thirty-five miles) west of banff. This quiet and small village offers a range of travel amenities, fabulous dining opportunities and accommodations.

Saint Joseph's Oratory
A visit to Saint Joseph's Oratory is a must when visiting Montreal.''A spiritual and tourist destination of international renown, Saint Joseph's Oratory originated with a small chapel built in 1904 by Brother André of the Congregation of Holy Cross. Pilgrims came in such numbers that work was begun on a massive church, which took shape between 1914 and 1966. The commanding mountain setting, sacred path and imposing dome, complemented by a Way of the Cross of exceptional artistic quality, give this pilgrimage site a physical and symbolic presence unique in Canada." taken from their website.

- Well, Goopahau is not French. It was made up by Squidoo but I think it is more American and German. Goop being something like gravy and hau being the German "how."
