An Easy to Follow List of Steps
In my opinion, the best place in this situation would be to start at Visa Headquarters because you are going to need the passports quickly. Quickly means quicker than a month or two.

- Log onto Visa Headquarters. They sell expedited passports.
- Click on U.S. Passport and select whether you want a new passport, or you want to replace an old or lost passport.
- Follow the steps starting at 1.a to download the order form for the passport processing you are going to need.
- On step 1.b., you will download the government form you will need to fill out (but not sign) in order to get your passport processed.
- For the next step you download the letter of authorization, print and sign it and a second copy.
- Gather all your documentation to prove who you are. Each needed item is explained on the page and it tells how to get them if you don't have them.

Step #2 tells you how to get your documents authorized including how to find offices that you should locate and how to locate them and:
- What the procedure entails.

- What you should expect to happen while there.
