Where to Meet Women in Your Area
Let's be honest here...
The singles dating scene can be brutal!
This is especially true if you go to the "typical" place for meeting women - Bars or Clubs.
While these venues are great for practicing your skills at approaching and attracting women, they can get tedious if they're the only place you frequent. In fact, you might even be one of those guys who gets sick and tired of trying to 'pick up women' at bars and clubs.
Now in my FREE ebook Attraction Mastery and favorite resourse: Double Your Dating I teach over 50 tips on how to approach and attract a woman. But I don't go into detail about WHERE to find women to approach.
So in this lens, I'll continue with the information that you can learn in my free ebook. will teach you my personal step-by-step system for creating the perfect first date! It is my hope that you take this information to find OTHER places to meet women that are not your local bar.
Here's what I mean:
Meeting women in a noisy, crowded bar can be a challenging prospect. Not only do you have to compete with a lot of guys, but you also have to overcome the natural resistance women have to men who approach them in this setting.
In short, trying to approach women in bars can really suck!
So I decided to do something to help you out...
In this lens, I've created a list of different places that provide a great opportunity for meeting interesting women. What's great about these locations is they're a lot different from the "Go to the bar and pick up a woman" environment.
1. Meeting Women at Supermarkets
Believe it or not, supermarkets are incredible places to meet women. Since women make up a large percentage of shoppers, you'll be amazed at the opportunities you can find there. In addition, since everyone has to shop for food, you'll find all types of women here.
What you should do is wait till around 5:30 in the evening to go a supermarket. Since this is typically the time that people get off work, you'll have no problem finding women to approach. All you have to do ask their opinion about a particular item and you'll have an instant conversation. (Just make sure you don't ask her about something like adult diapers).

2. Meet Women at Coffee Shops
It seems like coffee shops have become a "feeding ground" for single and attractive women. For instance, I recently took the train into New York City and went to grab a cup of tea from Starbucks (Yeah I know I am a wuss, but I hate coffee). When I went inside, there dozens of tables filled with hot women.
Now this was a Tuesday afternoon in middle of November and there were almost a hundred attractive women. Think of the possibilities of that one!
In my opinion, coffee shops are a huge untapped area which most guys don't take advantage of. All you have to do is grab a cup of coffee (or tea) and start talking to a girl who catches your eye.
3. Meet Women at Parties
Parties are an excellent place to meet women.
Even if you're an older guy, these events are great for meeting new people and mingling with old friends. What's great about parties is they provide a relaxed atmosphere to approach and engage women in conversations.
But what if you don't have friends who host parties?
It's simple...
Host one of your own!
What you can do is invite all your friends and request they bring a few extra people. Since there will be a lot of new women at the party, you'll have plenty of opportunities to engage them in conversations.

So odds are you'll have a great chance to meet a woman from your friends and family.
Now in order to take advantage of your social contacts, you should start organizing different events and become the coordinator for fun times. By doing this, you'll expand your circle and will meet a lot of women.

What you could do is go there with your kid and casually engage women in conversations. Then from there allow the discussion to evolve.
Now one thing you should remember is to NEVEY go to a local playground by yourself. If you're lurking around on your own, you'll be perceived as a pervert or child molester.
So don't go there if you don't have a kid.

Now remember, a regular churchgoer can still be a fun and sexual person. These women like to have a good like normal people. The only difference is they don't live the hedonistic life style you'll find from many other women.

7. Subways and Trains
A lot of guys work in major cities and spend hours each week going to and from their place of employment. While other men use the time on a subway or train to read, YOU can use it as an opportunity to meet women.
A great technique is to scan the train or subway for women who are reading a book you're familiar with. Then just open the conversation discussing that book and build the conversation towards setting up a date.

If you work in a corporate park or commercial area, you'll find lots of establishments which offer special lunch or happy hour events. What's great is these places offer an opportunity to mingle with co-workers and meet women from other local businesses.
Now this type of atmosphere is different from the normal bar scene because people are there to unwind, and will be more open to conversations.
During your normal daily routine you have lots of chances to meet different women. If you pay attention to your surroundings, you'll discover there's lot of interesting women who are open to conversations and dates.

One of the best suggestions I ever heard about meeting women is to take a dance class.At first I thought enrolling in a dance class was a too *chickish*. But when I swallowed my pride and showed up the first day, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of available women.
In fact, I figured out that there were three girls for every guy in the dance class!
Obviously, it's pretty easy to talk to women in this environment!
By taking this type of class, you're showing an attractive side to women because you're getting out there and learning how to dance. Even if you stink at first, you'll still make a good impression.
10. Yoga, Pilates or Meditation Classes
Nowadays, there are a lot of places that offer yoga, Pilates and meditation classes. By attending a class like this, you can easily find a lot of girls with an athletic and spiritual side.
Furthermore, these classes have the same incredible ratio of women to men. So this is another place where you have no problem finding a girl to talk to.
What I like best about the "spiritual/athletic" type class is the women here respect themselves a lot more then the girls who spend every weekend at a bar. They also tend to be in a lot better shape!

Okay, I am actually saying with a straight face...

That means with a little self-deprecating humor, you can easily start a conversation with any girl of your choice.

A lot of adults spend a couple of hours each week at the gym. They go in, do their workout, and then leave. If you're one of those guys who spends a couple of hours pumping iron or working out on the cardio machine, you can also use this time to initiate conversations with women.But here's a warning...

Don't use the typical "you need me to spot you?" or "let me show you how to correctly life that" line. She's probably heard them before and won't think too highly of your technique.
If you can approach her in a natural way and not get in the way of her workout, she'll be more receptive to your advances.

If you like to walk or run, then a local 5K race can provide an excellent opportunity to initiate conversations with a woman. If the race is large or low-key, you'll find a lot of women who like to do these events for fun and enjoy mingling once the race is completed.

Almost every community has a large selection of co-ed athletic teams. Whether it's softball, volleyball, flag football or kickball, in every town there are plenty of to get involved in.

Well I guess WATCHING a local sporting event doesn't qualify as being athletic. But at these events there is always a large sampling of females who at least share your passion for sports.
While most sporting events are populated by guys you'll often discover a few girls who go there to cheer on their favorite team. What's great is these a lot of these women go to sporting events to meet guys. So they won't don't mind guys approaching them.

Women LOVE going to their favorite clothing store! While most clothing stores cater to one gender, there are a few which have both men's and women's sections. All you have to do is try something on then approach a girl and ask her opinion.
Now if you're truly brave, you can try going to a store which only has women's clothing. Just walk up to a girl then say you're buying a gift for your sister/cousin/etc. and you want her opinion on what to get.

If you're into hobbies or crafts, then these types of stores are great for meeting women. Typically you can find MANY women at your standard arts and craft stores, with very competition from other men. So finding a woman to approach is an easy thing to do.

Whenever I go to places like Bed, Bath and Beyond I'm amazed at the amount of attractive women who shop there. Usually these places are filled with women, and almost no men.
You can easily initiate a conversation in this type of store by approaching a woman and asking her opinion on a certain type of home decoration. Since females tend to have better taste in design and home décor, this question won't seem too "in your face" and you can then use this approach to transition into a quick conversation.

One of my favorite places to meet women is at bookstores. Since I tend to gravitate towards the more intellectual type of girl, I find this type of venue to be the best place to find them.While there are a lot of women who go to these stores, I would recommend that you stick to your particular literary interests. Another *intellectual* place to meet women is at your local public or academic library. While some people go here strictly for research or work, you can still find a good number of women who like browse the stacks and look at different books.
As long as you locate a woman who isn't too preoccupied, you can initiate her in conversations without being too forward. Typically I like to mention something about the book she's looking at and then let the conversation from her.

A great place to meet sophisticated women is at a charity or civic event in your area. At these occasions you'll find lots of folks banded together for a common cause. So obviously most of the women here have good hearts and would be great partners.
