What Were You Doing in '87?
In 1987 I was living in the Deep South. My husband had three years left on a 21-year military career, and we were eager to complete his commitment so we could return to civilian life on the West Coast, closer to where our extended families lived.
I had begun writing professionally and was looking forward to settling in the Pacific Northwest.

- In 1987, I was 31 years old living in Panama City, Florida. I remember going to a Huey Lewis and the News concert at Florida State University shortly after Jacob's Ladder was released.

- I was born in 1987! :):):) February to be precise, and I spent the rest of the year being a fussy baby (or so my mom tells me)!! Nice lens.

- I was being born! Well, for a small part of '87. The rest of it saw me busy in the womb, or getting use to this whole "outside world" thing.

- I was a Staying Home mom raising 2 young sons with
my husband. It was a great year for us.
