Whey powder is a great source of protein. Simulatenously, it is low in carbohydrates and fats. Thus, whey powder has few calories. This makes whey powder an excellent nutritional supplement for dieters. The body will feel full from the high protein drink, and yet overall caloric consumption is less than that of a normal meal.
