1 banana
1 cup skim milk
fat free frozen yogurt
ice
blender

1. Start with the skim milk in the blender. Add one serving of whey protein powder. Blend for 30 seconds at a low speed.

2. Put in the banana. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.

3. Put in the fat free frozen yogurt and blend until smooth

4. Put in the amount of ice you prefer and continue to blend until you like the texture.
