So this is what happened - We left work one evening around 5.30pm, driving in our van, me and the wife were happy minding our own business, we travel this 30 mile journey every day & have done for the last 10 years, along the M62 to the M1 and then South towards Sheffield (South Yorkshire).

So we were exiting the M62 and slowing down on the exit slip road - just approaching the traffic lights which were on green - makes a change because I always hit the lights on Red. As we went through the lights - out of no-where we were cut up by two cars travelling at excess speed, they came real close and then slowed right up - as though they were trying to slow us down - we were not going quick anyway - we were travelling at about 25 mph.

We followed both the cars around to the exit for the M1 Southbound, here there is another set of lights - at Red this time, both the cars in front were at stop and we pulled up behind them and stopped, we all waited for the lights to change to Green, You know what it's like as soon as they hit green we were in gear and we were off - the cars in front accelerated away at speed and we followed, but then it happened and real quick, for NO reason they both jammed on their brakes and stopped mid stream as they were entering on to the slip road, they both stopped, the front car did a U-turn and left, the second car remained stopped even after the front car had gone - this was really wierd - why would they just stop and not move - ??

It became obvious to us after - but at the time we were all in a daze. We ended up bumping in to the back of the Lexus that just did not move - this is the car the cut us up in the first place.

I just knew it. After a call from the insurance company.

The insurance guy wanted to know what speed we were travelling at when we hit the Lexus, I said about 10 mph max, I heard a sigh in his voice when i said that, what's the matter I said, he said that they could not defend the claim any more because at that speed a whiplash claim was justified from the claimants end.

How many were claiming I asked - He said all four occupants were claiming for whiplash.

No wonder they make a living from the scam I said, how much would they each get I asked - approx £1500.00 to £5000.00 if they claim for loss of earnings too was the reply.

Now I was also victim to another accident injury claim - I was in the same van too, this story has a twist to it though - A very clever twist that no one saw coming, Not even the insurance company - it was a fantastic get out of Jail card too.

So as a result of my bad luck i figured i could play my part in filtering out the scammers - Scammers don't even bother - the software behind the scenes will be able to spot your claim history - it will auto-decline your attempt once it is in the system.

For the Scammed - you are welcome - Genuine claims are welcome and you have nothing to worry about

Now I am not actually doing this myself. I have a good customer who has turned in to a friend over the last couple of years - the story how this all kicked off will have to be told another day - it's wierd how things happen

My friend is called Grant & he runs a successful accident injury claims call centre with Solicitors adjudicating and filtering out scammers - they are really professional at what they do - not cheap but really straight and good at what they do.


whiplash claims victims basically fill in a claim form - Grants team filter the details and cross check all the insurance databases for evidence of any scams related to the claimants name an history - they look for patterens of activity relating to location, type of vehicle etc - they check all the good stuff - no one can cheat the system - thats why i like it.

My master plan is to promote my website up the search engines so that i can filter the scammers out - I know I will not get them all but at least I feel as though I am doing my bit for society & I get to make an income at the same time.

my target market is the UK - on google.co.uk the website is now on page one for "accident injury claims" it took me one year to get it there - the average bid price for this term on google.co.uk is £20 to £25 per click - so i figure it may be worth putting google adds on it one day
