White Christmas: The Holiday Classic
What lyrics conjure up more memories than, "I'm dreaming...of a white Christmas..." Whether you love the traditional Bing Crosby version, Martina McBride's country-pop version, or the hundreds of other takes on this classic, White Christmas has been an integral part of holiday celebrations since Irving Berlin penned the lyrics in 1940. It debuted in "Holiday Inn" in 1942, the movie remade in 1954 as "White Christmas" with Danny Kaye instead of Fred Astaire. (I like the original better, even as a huge Danny Kaye fan, but more people seem to have fond memories of the remake.)
Here you'll find the lyrics, YouTube videos, samples of dozens of different versions, and sources for the sheet music. Get in the holiday mood by dreaming of a white Christmas of your own.

The Lyrics for White Christmas
Learn the Words for This Holiday Favorite
I'm dreaming of a white ChristmasJust like the ones I used to know
Where the tree tops glisten and children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
So may your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white
