The White TV: Not Every TV Should Be Black
If a white TV would better suit your decor, then there are a few of them around. Many white televisions are smaller models and are often seen in kitchens and bedrooms. The ones on this page range from 19" up to 42". All of the ones here are LCD models, some of them with LED backlighting for even better energy conservation.
Although a white TV is much less commonplace than a black one, they can certainly make a strong impression in the right room. They can appear to be ultra modern or very retro, but always they look very clean. On this page you can find just a few tips for selecting one and then see some of the more popular models.

Choosing Your White TV
While you know you want a white TV, do you know what other features to consider? Here are some things to think about:
Size
For typical television viewing, you can determine which size screen you want by dividing the viewing distances (in inches) by 3. So, if you will be sitting 78" from where the screen will be located, the smallest TV screen you will want is 26".
Screen type
All of the white TV models on this page are LCD screens. These are typically more energy efficient than plasma and allow for the popular thin profile as well. However, those with LED backlighting will provide even greater color and energy savings.
Other Specs
Many shoppers like to compare the refresh rate to assure the highest quality picture and response times as an indication of good performance during fast action scenes. In general 120Hz refresh rates are better than 60Hz and so forth. However, some of these differences won't be as important to some shoppers as others.
Connections
Think about what connections you'll want or need. For instance, if you'll be needing to connect a Blu Ray Player or connecting to your camcorder, you'll want the appropriate inputs. Of course some of these small televisions will also offer a built-in DVD player if that's desired.
Sound
Don't forget about the sound. Half of the viewing experience is audio. Remember though, if you're sitting within a several feet of a TV, you won't really need or fully appreciate a top end sound system, however, you don't want tinny, weak sound either. At a minimum you want 3 Watt stereo speakers even with a small TV, front facing is better. If you add on some bass enhancement, virtual surround sound and so forth, that's a great bonus.
What's Included
You'll probably want a remote control and maybe even a stand. Some of these TVs will also come with a kit for mounting them on the wall if desired.

Your Options
Currently, the number of white TV models is limited primarily to smaller sets, those 32" or smaller. However, if what you are wanting is a clean look, there are larger sets available which have a nearly edgeless face. They have a silver finish although little of it is viewed along the edge of thes screen. You can see this larger televisions further down on the page.

Other TVs with a Clean Look
While these are not white TV models they also offer a very clean look. The silver finish is bright and is barely visible on the screen and have been added here for those wanting a larger television.

- Help - I can't seem to find a white TV that's more than 22" and in-stock ANYWHERE! Brands like Favi list a 32" and 42" on their website, but they're out of stock. Has anyone found anything recently? I've checked Target, Fry's Electronics, Best Buy, Walmart, etc. Thank you! :)

- I'm not aware of any over 32" that are currently on the market. However, I added a few larger models here, up to 60", that offer a very clean look. The frame is nearly invisible, but the finish is silver. You might consider this as an option.

- It looks so nice! I have black now and the dust is showing every single day. May be a white would be more dust-colored? =D
