Squidoo Journey-my lensography

I have decided that it was time to take the journey of writing my first Lensography. I am sure as time goes on, I will learn more about what I am doing and I will be updating often.

Since I wrote this lensography, I have added a lot more lens. So I had to create a couple of other lensography separating some of the lens so it is not a mile long. I now have one lensography for my groups and another one for spiritual related lens. The links are below. This has been a big project for me, so if by chance you are new to Squidoo or just made Giant Squid Status, you may want to consider dividing your lens up into different categories before you get 90 or so written.

My personal web page is: WhiteOak Art Designs and my main online businesses are: WhiteOak at eCrater and also my WhiteOak50* Zazzle

Besides loving to write Squidoo Lenses....

I adore writing SquidBOO lenses. I really enjoy writing this type of lens a lot because it allows me to share some of my own paranormal experiences, thoughts and beliefs. How about you? Do you like reading about spooky things?

A Personal Accomplishment-

I am so very proud for this accomplishment-Becoming a SquidAngel was one of my biggest goals on Squidoo. You know, it is one of those things that is hard to put into words why it is so important to me. Perhaps as time goes on, I will be able to come up with a creative way to explaining it. For now, I wrote this lens in honor of being a SquidAngel.

This has been one of my biggest inspirations for my creativity and writing. Although I have been journal writing for years upon years, it was when I took a class that was based on this book; did I began to share my writings with others.

A Huge Advantage you have...

writing Squidoo lenses is you can promote your businesses. I happen to be a self-employed Artist who is always looking for ways to promote my business.

My business is not only limited to doing artwork, but I sell herbs and many different kinds of "spiritual tools" and fairy items at my eCrater Storefront.

Sometimes we want to write...

about different experiences we have had. I suppose these could be considered adventures we have had in our lives.

Some Adventures I have had and my travel lenses

Sometimes we just like writing about things...

We all have so many things that we like. Simple things like lip gloss, soap opera's-You know just things. Sometimes we will write more than one lens, and sometimes we will only write one lens on our favorite things.

So the next few lenses are just things I like and wanted to write about.

On Squidoo we also give to charities...

I really love this feature about squidoo. We are able to give to some of our favorite charities. I have three lenses that I give 100% charity too and I give a portion of all my other lenses to different charities.

Squidoo Tips/Help Lenses

Squidoo offers other events...

I attended Squidoo's Giant Squid Summer School 2009. It was so much fun. We had a lens challenge each week (it was an eight week course) and we added the lens to a plexo so others could see it.

Some of the assignment were a little challenging for me, so on those weeks, I ended up writing more than one on the same theme.

I was honored and given a purple star for my The Ancient Art of Faery MagickPhotobucket

And...

Several of my lens were Blessed by Squid Angels:

EVERY single Angel Blessing I have received since I have been here at Squidoo has meant more to me than words could express. I don't know how to explain it, but there is something so special about what the Angels do.

When I first joined Squidoo in 2008 and went exploring in the SquidU Forum and seen a thread for Squid Angels I thought, that was one of the best things I have ever seen. There is something really special about having your lens acknowledged, its like when you use to get a gold star in school for doing something good. Remember what I always say: "Life is filled with magick, if we allow our eyes to see it." An Angel Blessing is just that because they give you that extra little push of encouragement to thrive a little further. At least they do for me.

I believe since the first day I seen anything about "Squid Angels" I have set an ulitmate goal to hopefully one day become one. That is how strongly I believe in what the Squid Angels do!

Wow Eva... you have created an incredibly interesting lensography! I have interests in much of what the titles of your lenses project, but think I'll visit the homesteading and hiking lenses first. I'm an old backpacker and wilderness lover and homesteading is something I always have been drawn to. I want to thank you so much for your recent visit and comments made to my Inspiration lens and a special thanks for the angel blessing!
