Triple Goddess
The Trinity of Life is something that is very important, regardless which path you walk. From my earliest childhood memories, my grandmother taught me about the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. As I walked a little further on my path, I began to understand more about the Triple Goddess aspect in my own life.
The Maiden: Signifies youth, excitement, freshness of life, magick in everything. She carries innocence and waits for the wildness of life to enter into her life. Her age group is between puberty and her twenties. Her colors are usually soft and light: pink, white, soft yellow, mint green.
The Mother: Represents nurturing, caring and fertility. She is a woman at the peak of her power. She carries strong "Bear Medicine" doing everything she can to protect her young. Her age group is in the area of thirties to early forties. Her colors are bright and exciting, Reds, greens, coppers, royal blue.
The Crone: Represents age-old wisdom. She cares for the Maiden and the Mother. She stands at the door to the other dimension and understands that the journey is just another step on everyone's path. Because of her years of experience, she is one who counsels well. Many Elders carry stories that can teach everyone so much. In a sense it saddens me that in today's world, so many traditions are being lost because the younger generation has no interest in keeping the legends alive. Life is much different today than yesterday. The Crone's age range is late forties and older. Her colors are black, purple, brown, indigo blue and gray.
To have the best understanding of the Triple Goddess, write your own life's journey. You will be amazed when you go back and re-read your story and how each stage of your life represents each aspect of the Triple Goddess.
A Great Video
The Heart of the Witch
Another Witchy video. I hope you enjoy it. Here are the lyrics to The Mystic's Dream By Loreeena McKennett A clouded dream on an earthly night Hangs upon the crescent moon A voiceless song in an ageless light Sings at the coming dawn Birds in flight are calling there Where the heart moves the stones There that my heart is longing for All for, for the love of you A painting hangs on an ivy wall Nestled in the emerald moss Eyes declare a truce of trust Then it draws me far away Deep in the desert twilight Sand melts in pools of the sky Darkness lays her crimson cloak Lamps will call, call me home So it's there my homage's due Clutched by the still of the night Now I feel, feel you move And every breath, breath is full So it's there my homage's due Clutched by the still of the night Even the distance feels so near All for, for the love of you.

Triple Goddess Moon
Created and Designed by: WhiteOak

The Triple Goddess aspect of life is very important to me. I have honored each stage and currently live in the Crone Stage of Life. However, my learning process continues and knowing who I am, the day I stop having the desire to learn, is the day I will no longer exist in this realm.
One day I decided to make a set of Inspirational Faeries in honor of the Triple Goddess. While I was making them, I could almost see sisters adopting these girls and each sister having one that is in that stage of her life. To learn more about this set of Faeries, you can go to WhiteOak Art Designs and you will find a full description of them.
There are so many way that you can honor the Crone aspect of your life. On my altar I have a Crone Fairy with a small cauldron by her. For me this represents Cerridwen the Crone Goddess who I consider to be my teacher. To learn more about Cerridwen you can read my lens called: Two Crone Goddesses

- I studied the maiden, mother, crone in my twenties when I was the mother in a group of crones. We were called the 13 original clan mothers and studied the Four Fold Way from age 23-25 I did that and went on to do other groups such as Satsang and more! I have to run to the store but I will definately come back and look at more of your lenses when I get back. I love your lenses and your writing.
