Truly Annoying

White pimples are some of the most annoying that can occur.  These pimples are the most obvious, seemingly drawing the attention of anyone we come across. But you can treat them so that you don't have to worry about them anymore.

The Best Thing to Do

When it comes to white pimples, the best thing to do is prevent them. This goes along the lines of preventing any type of acne. One thing you need to look at is the soap you are using. There are a lot of cleansers and soaps for acne, and many are gentle on sensitive skin. These will help you to clean out your pores and gently get rid of the white heads.

Always use warm water when you wash. Hot water can cause other skin problems and irritate sensitive areas on your face. Warm water is very effective in the removal of dead skin, dirt, and other facial debris, and your pores will be cleaned out so that you can be rid of white pimples.

Clean Quickly

In addition, keep your face free of hair, hats or anything that may come into extended contact with your face, including your fingers, and this will help to avoid the generation of new pimples. Another way to avoid acne is to wear makeup only when you absolutely have to, and to clean your face as quickly as possible when you must wear it to keep it from blocking your pores.

Avoid Squeezing It

Make sure that your hands are clean when you touch your face, and if you must get rid of a pimple, use a sterilized needle. After cleansing, carefully pierce the skin covering the white part of the pimple, and gently remove the white secretion with a clean tissue. You must avoid squeezing it with your fingers, however. You will be sending the bacteria causing the blemish into the skin, making the infection worse. When you are done, clean everything, including the needle, again.

Absolute Worst Thing

It is very important that you keep your hands away from your face while you are clearing up your acne. If you lean your face on your hands a lot, this can make the situation worse. You have oil and bacteria on your hands, which will get onto your face and block up the pores. Also, if a pimple ruptures on your hand, you can easily spread it around your entire face.

Pinching, scratching, or picking at these bumps is the absolute worst thing you can do. This spreads the infection, and it is always better to have few pimples to treat instead of dozens to deal with.

Good Hygiene and More

If you want your white pimples to clear up, you need good hygiene and good acne control methods. However, you should also be aware that there are white bumps that aren't acne at all, but something that represent a disease that require the attention of a dermatologist, so if you are unable to get your white bumps to clear up, make an appointment to see a doctor.

But usually you can take care of white pimples at home without spending a lot of money on doctor's visits.
