I'm sure each and everyone of us has thought at one stage , "what the hell did i do that for? and why?"
The way we feel and the way we act can often be attributed to a number of things such as genetics , social environment & childhood.
One persons angels can be anothers demons!
Some conditions can arise due to a troubled childhood or others later on in life caused by extreme trauma or stress i.e "stockholm syndrome"( where the victim falls in love with the captor).
Psychologists have set up a number of test's to identify and categorise human personality traits.
