After years of hard work Patterson Hood and friends finally started getting noticed across the country for their ambitious 2001 double album "Southern Rock Opera."
The Truckers signed with New West Records and have continued to grow and release bigger albums and play to a continuously growing fanbase.
In recent years, DBT has acted as a "back-up band" for Bettye LeVette and Booker T.
