Mistakes most people make while buying sunglasses

Yes, for the sunglasses (or shades), not only act as an add on to our personality and looks, but also safeguard our eyes against some of the harmful rays of the sun.
Well, we all know this much%u2026..but when we go out to actually buy one for ourselves, we find that we are in the middle of the seas, without a compass!

The wise learn from other peoples mistakes, so we will enumerate some of the mistakes that other's make, so that we may make the best buying decision.

Mistake No.-

1) 'All dark color glasses protect the eyes from the Ultra violet rays of the sun'-----No. Only properly tinted glasses with UV protection will provide complete protection against Uv and infrared rays of the sun. Some other cheap lenses may actually damage the eyes. This is because, the darker view reduces eyestrain, and dilates the pupils. This allows more sections of bright light to enter our eyes than we realize.

2) Purpose Undefined ---- 'It does not matter if you're in the middle of an intense game or just hanging out with friends. you see the world differently than most people'--------most misleading of concepts. There are different products for different outdoor activiities such as morning, afternoon and evening walks, as well as sports such as fishing, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, driving, hunting etc. Jotting down the minimum basic requirements, goes a long way in selecting the right shades. Dark color lenses like green and blue become necessary in the bright afternoon sunlight, whereas bronze and copper ones brighten the visions, despite filtering UV rays in the morning and evening. Yellow enhancement is particularly desirable in tennis, where balls are usually yellow. Amber or rose lenses enhance the soft grays that mark shadows on a ski slope. These shadows indicate ridges or bumps in the surface. There are varieties of wrap around sunglasses in individual prescriptions or Rx. With today's materials it is now possible to build even the most difficult Rx lenses. For those with presbyopia that need to be able to do close up work in their outdoor sport (like tying a fishing line) manufacturers are now offering wraparound models with the bifocal low on the lenses in order to not interfere with your normal field of vision.

3) Insufficient research-----Empower yourself with knowledge of the products , technology and the market, otherwise , get ready to be fooled. Talk to people who have been using sunglasses for some time, go to different stores, and scorch the internet.

5) Not budgeting----Always a bad idea. You can go off the track and burn holes in your pocket!

6) Equating price with quality----Don't do that. Match technology and the construction of the frames. See to requirement fulfillment and after sales services offered. You will easily find one that will suit your pocket.

7) Not equating price with quality---Do not get lured by cheap brands, counter fakes, offers. Do proper research before purchasing.

8) Imitating style icons---Everyone does that%u2026%u2026but its foolish. The style in vogue may not suit your personality. It may be uncomfortable. You could have accommodated various value additions and fulfilled further requirements for the same price and style.
