Why I cant stop eating?

To me, I cant stop eating! stem from poor eating habit, lack of will power, constant attack of hunger pang and living a stressful life. Whenever I am feeling nervous or stressful, I will start munching and "I cant stop eating" even though my sub-conscious mind will say STOP! I know I have to stop constant eating habit because I am gaining weight, it's affecting my self esteem and life. Help! I am stressed out!
