My Experience With The Credit Secrets Bible
I first heard about the Credit Secrets Bible a few years ago after getting myself into so much trouble with so many different credit card companies that I was a few hours away from filing bankruptcy. I had creditors calling me every thirty minutes from nine in the morning until nine at night seven days a week. I had over $40,000 in debt, not including my mortgage and two cars. I was living in Hell, and I thought tat there was no way out. With this program, you will learn so much. It has been three years since I made my purchase, and I am still doing various things that I learned in the program. I was able to get all of the creditors to stop calling. I was able to negotiate better terms with all of the creditors. I was able to dispute so many of the negative items on my credit reports. I was able to take my credit score from 473 to 719. I am now benefiting from everything that I learned and accomplished, and these are things that are going to help me and save me money for the rest of my life.
When you visit their site, you will be able to see what they can do for you. They will show you how you can save over $100,000 by purchasing a new home and a new car. Looking for some FREE Information?
Here is something that I did that raised my credit 100 points!!!
If you are looking for something that is pretty easy to do when it comes to increasing your credit score, give this a try. Here is what I did step-by-step to increase my credit score over 100 points.1. Sign up with any website that will offer you unlimited access to your three credit reports (Transunion, Experian, Equifax).
2. Log in to view your credit reports one at a time.
3. Make a list for each report of any negative or incorrect information. (Even if the negative information is correct, write it down. If you dispute something and the company that placed the negative item on your report does not respond, the credit reporting agency will delete it from your report in most cases!)
4. Log into each report one at a time and look for the link that says dispute an item.
5. Go through and dispute everything that you wrote down when going through the first time. (Like I said, you can dispute things that are negative but correct. I was so surprised when I received a letter in the mail a few weeks after disputing saying that some of these items had been removed from my credit report!)
6. Wait patiently for a few weeks. You will receive letters from each of the credit reporting agencies informing you of what was disputed and if any of the items have been removed from your credit report. Wait a few more weeks to a month and check your credit scores again.
7. I am not guaranteeing any of this information will work for you. And, as you can see in this article, I am not trying to sell you anything. This is just something that I tried, that amazingly enough, it worked. My credit went from fair to good, and I have quite an ugly credit report!
P.S. If you take away just one thing
It is that you need to buy The Credit Secrets Bible. I promise you that this is a great investment. While helping you build or rebuild your credit, it will help you save thousands of dollars over the rest of your life. Believe me, this is goi Wikipedia on Credit Repair
:This article deals with the general concept of the term credit history. For detailed information about the same topic in the United States, see Credit score (United States).
Credit history or credit report is, in many countries, a record of an individual's or company's past borrowing and repaying, including information about late payments and bankruptcy. The term "credit reputation" can either be used synonymous to credit history or to credit score.
In the U.S., when a customer fills out an application for credit from a bank, store or credit card company, their information is forwarded to a credit bureau. The credit bureau matches the name, address and other identifying information on the credit applicant with information retained by the bureau in its files. That's why it's very important for creditors, lenders and others to provide accurate data to credit bureaus. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/jan/19/credit-agencies-are-the-messengers/
This information is used by lenders such as credit card companies to determine an individual's credit worthiness; that is, determining an individual's willingness to repay a debt. The willingness to repay a debt is indicated by how timely past payments have been made to other lenders. Lenders like to see consumer debt obligations paid on a monthly basis.
There has been much discussion over the accuracy of the data in consumer reports. However, the only scientifically researched studies that include sample sizes large enough to be valid have concluded that by and large the data in credit reports is very accurate. http://www.federalreserve.gov/pubs/bulletin/2004/summer04_credit.pdf http://www.michigan.gov/documents/cis_ofis_allstate_testimony_36911_7.pdf The credit bureaus point to their own study of 52 million credit reports to highlight that the data in reports is very accurate. The Consumer Data Industry Association testified before Congress that less than two percent of those reports that resulted in a consumer dispute had data deleted because it was in error.http://www.house.gov/apps/list/hearing/financialsvcs_dem/ospratt061907.pdf
If a consumer disputes some information in a credit report, the credit bureau has 30 days to verify the data. Over 70 percent of these consumer disputes are resolved within 14 days and then the consumer is notified of the resolution. http://www.house.gov/apps/list/hearing/financialsvcs_dem/ospratt061907.pdf The Federal Trade Commission states that one large credit bureau notes 95 percent of those who dispute an item seem satified with the outcome.http://www.ftc.gov/os/comments/fcradispute/P044808fcradisputeprocessreporttocongress.pdf
The other factor in determining whether a lender will provide a consumer credit or a loan is dependent on income. The higher the income, all other things being equal, the more credit the consumer can access. However, lenders make credit granting decisions based on both ability to repay a debt (income) and willingness (the credit report) as indicated in the past payment history.
These factors help lenders determine whether to extend credit, and on what terms. With the adoption of risk-based pricing on almost all lending in the financial services industry, this report has become even more important since it is usually the sole element used to choose the annual percentage rate (APR), grace period and other contractual obligations of the credit card or loan.
