This is where they get to decides what our thermostats should be set on, and if we don't follow these guidelines, we will pay more for our power, in the form of a penality. So we will not only be paying extra for the cost of these smart meters, but we will also be paying extra if we don't leave our thermostats set where the they think it should be.
