- Have you tried a diet tea? About 3/4 months ago, I bought this diet tea that I read that Oprah endorses. So I bought the tea from: http://www.oolongtea.net, and started using it. So far I have lost 26 pounds and counting.
No, I'm not nieve enough to think it is solely the tea that helped me loose weight, but it def. suppresses my appetite, and I feel energized all day.
I would recommend it as an aide to any diet.
