It took me Weeks of Searching, Driving and Calling but I finally have a Wii!
And what did I do while searching for a Wii... and am still doing (when I'm not playing with the Wii)? Researching.

Trauma Center: Second Opinion - You are a young surgeon in a living room Operation Room. I'm stuck on what I'm calling the first "boss mob" but I'm finding this a lot of fun. Great use of Wii technology and a gripping experience. I tend to take breaks from this game quite a bit, can't handle the patient dying ;) Ok I'm kidding but it does require concentration and quick and steady hands.
Zelda: Twilight Princess - The latest from the Zelda franchise. I've only just started this but am enjoying it so far. Wii technology is fun for targeting, sword swinging and fishing.
Madden 2007 - NFL Football. Just started this as well.
Wii Fit - This is more fun then I thought it'd be. My favorite Balance Game is Slalom skiing.

Donkey Konga 2 - LOL! I've only played a few songs but I'm definitely liking it. Since I mainly bought this to be a friend/party game, the real test is to play multiplayer with friends so I'll edit this in later with how that goes.
Must Have Gadgets for the Nintendo Wii
Wii Remote Controller
The Wii comes with one Wiimote and one Nunchuck. Since the Wii excels at being a "party game" and at the very least a two player game, I knew right away I wanted an extra Wiimote and Nunchuck.

Wii HD Component Cable
The Wii comes with composite cables but you can see a big difference in graphics by upgrading. I personally got S video cables because my TV is old, most folks will want these though.

This is handy not only for Wii "Save Games" but also for storing photos, videos and MP3s you might want to play using the Wii Photo Channel.

Getting more use out of a gift basket
I've been keeping my Wii controllers just on the coffee table but didn't find that too convenient, on a trip down to the garage I spotted a gift basket I had gotten, complete with some of the paper stuffing still inside. I brought it up and it's now home for my controllers (and extra batteries) and it fits under the coffee table as well. Wii Stuff on eBay
