Anyone that has ever spent time in a tent in a remote wilderness area knows there are certain downfalls to spending a lot of time in a tent...
These are all things that are fine and dandy when you are simply on a camping trip for a few days...but when you are thinking wilderness SURVIVAL shelter, it's not such a great thought to be doing it for weeks on end!
Don't Get Me Wrong - There ARE Great Tents Out There!

There are indeed, some very fantastic tents out there and like the tent at the right, I mean look at it.....

It is like a base camp tent for up to eight people.

HOWEVER....
Here is MY Kind of Wilderness Survival Shelter... =)

I have done my share of camping and although I love it for a few days, after about the third day, it starts to get old...
Having to find a new spot to go potty every morning...
Clothes all wet and wrinkled because of getting to close to the walls of the tent at night....
Cooking over a firepit is fun for a few times but then it gets old...
So this portable hunting camp is tee-totally my style of camping!
