Wilma's World

I love to garden . I do not care if it is flowers or a vegetable garden. I just love playing in the dirt. I would love to have a flower garden but the animals would destroy it..I love to be outside as much as I can.
Working in a garden gives me exercise,fresh air,sunshine and a feeling that I 'm doing something to help save our Earth and to help my family. Believe me you can get a good workout in the garden too.The feeling of freedom that I get working in the garden just lifts my spirits and relaxes my mind.

I also love to crochet . I am just a beginner , but it gives me alot of enjoyment. I love to crochet things for my friends and family. I am working on an afghan right now. I hope to have several done by Christmas so I can give them as gifts.

Crocheting is another form of therapy for me. I can crochet when it is cold ,raining or just too hot to be outside.I crochet when I'm riding in the car for long periods of time, it helps you past the time and miles with ease.

The joy you get when you finish a project for a loved one and see the joy it brings to them is just overwhelming. It makes all those hours of work seem like minutes.

I love to read and the best books that I have found lately is The Left Behind series. This series of books are beautifully written . The author makes it come alive. You will think it can happen today.

What would it be like if the Rapture happened today? This author gives his take on it. He totally brought it to life for me and helped me change the way I look at life.You have heard the phrase life is short and sweet. After reading this series I have come to the conclusion that you should live life sweetly because it can be short.
