Search using Blingo and win Movie Tickets, iPods, or even Millions
You can win prizes just for searching the internet. I believe the most famous place to search and win is Blingo, which has a nice clean interface and returns Google results. So if you normally use Google to search anyway, you could try making some of your searches with Blingo each day, or even change your homepage to Blingo (or use the Blingo Toolbar or Quick Search) in hopes of winning a prize ranging from movie tickets and iPods to $10 Million dollars.![]()
The way to win the $10 Million Superprize from Publisher's Clearing House is to signup with Blingo, upgrade your account with your address, then search using Blingo. Your first search each day will enter you in the $10 Million drawing.
For prizes other than the $10 Million Superprize, your first 25 searches each day will count. This is probably good so we don't go too crazy searching! If you don't like the prize, you can get a Visa card with money on it instead.
This page isn't official, it's just a page by a fan of Blingo, and so I may not always have the most recent info. Check Blingo's website for the current info.

Real Winners at Blingo

From reading about Winners at Blingo, I believe there are real winners using it to search even though I haven't won anything myself yet. Plus, with a big name like Publisher's Clearing House involved, I believe Blingo will be staying around for awhile handing out lots of prizes.
You can see a real time winner's list on the right-hand side of your Blingo search results where it says Recent Winners. It usually shows how long ago to the second the latest people who won prizes and what they won.
What's the catch? How Does Blingo Make their Money?
I can imagine Blingo isn't going broke handing out all these prizes because they can make money from the sponsored results that appear at the top of their search results. Lots of people probably click on the sponsored results just because they are first. I think this is a genius way to make money on the internet and more power to Blingo to make money--at least they are giving something back in the form of prizes. And wouldn't it be nice to be the lucky one who wins ten million bucks? I would be happy if I just won something. Blingo Links
- Sign up for Blingo
- Sign up for Blingo using my referral link and if you win a prize, I'll win a prize too. It says you can only win 2 prizes in a month. Once you are signed up with Blingo, you can refer others as well to increase your chance at winning prizes.
- Blingo Rules
- Please read the official rules to get updated information and make sure you are eligible to win.
- Add Blingo to your Browser
- This explains how to make Blingo your homepage, how to install the Blingo toolbar for IE, and how to add Blingo to your Quick Search box in Firefox.
I use Firefox so I decided to add Blingo to my quick search box. That way I can leave Google as my homepage (because it seems weird when Google is not my homepage) and make my 25 searches a day using the quick search box.
If you like Blingo, you might like these other sites
- moola.com
- Win money by playing games like Rock Paper Scissors, Gold Rush, and Hi Lo (card game). Moola starts you off with a penny, then you play against another player to try to double your money. You might make enough money to cash out as some people have. The catch is you have to watch a short ad before playing a game and answer a question to make sure you watched it, but it's not that bad.
- Live Search Club
- Microsoft's site where you can play games to earn tickets and spend your tickets on prizes. You can win prizes like song downloads, playing cards, t-shirts, computer games, and even a Roomba.

I like them, you might as well get rewarded for the things you do on the internet since these companies make profit off of you when you use their sites. Posted June 01, 2008 |
