1) Look at the error message you see carefully and memorize the name of the file which Windows can't find.


2) Open Start->Run, type "msconfig.exe", press Enter and switch to the Startup tab in the window appeared.



3) In the list of startup entries search for the name of file you memorized both in entry name and file path parts. If you saw such entry, double check that it is not a system critical one and then uncheck it.


4) Reboot and check if your error message gone.
