The answer to this question is a definite NO! There are just a few different floor plans and models of the houses on Windsor Palms but they are all individually owned so this means that the standards of the interior vary a lot.

No two homes on the resort are the same - and you will find lots of different prices and standards for you to choose from.

The most popular homes are those with the best views such as my Windsor Palms 5 bed conservation view home. There are limited homes available on Windsor Palms with great views from the pool - many of the homes are back to back with other homes. That is why when I have bought homes on Windsor Palms I have only chosen the very best lots.

If you have just started looking for vacation homes near Disney World you may be wondering if every home is really less 15 minutes from Disney World. Well of course not everyone can be that close to Disney World.

So how far genuinely is Windsor Palms? I have made many visits, at different times of the day and year. Disney World property itself is huge - and it can take you 30 minutes to drive from one side to the other sometimes!

So after much research, what are the truthful journey times from Windsor Palms to Disney World?

Animal Kingdom - 8 to 10 minutes

MGM - 13 to 17 minutes

EPCOT - 17 to 23 minutes

Magic Kingdom - 17 to 23 minutes

Blizzard Beach 10 to 12 minutes

1. What size  homes are available?

If you want a private pool then you have 4 bed 2 bath homes, 4 bed 3 bath homes, 5 bed 3.5 bath, and 6 bed 3.5 bath homes. There are also some 6 bed 4 bath homes.

The 3 bed townhomes have a small splash pool.

There are also 2 and 3 bed condos - which are located close to the clubhouse so you can access the Windsor Palms community pool.

2. What other things do I want from a Windsor Palms vacation home?

What size beds do you need? Themed rooms, large TV, TV's in all bedrooms, larger pool deck, spa, superior view, non smoking?

All these things and more may be important to you. Everyone is different. One persons dream Princess room may be another's worst nightmare!

3. What do other guests think?

Always ask for guest testimonials. This gives a good idea of not only the quality of the home, but also the helpfulness and customer service of the owner. You may see the most beautiful home online, but you also want to know which owner is going to be the most helpful in answering your questions, and helping with any problems which may arise when you are there.

Many of the homes on Windsor Palms are back to back with other homes so you get very little privacy around the pool. Why settle for anything less when you can have this wonderful conservation view home with this beautiful vista? This is the view from our pool deck.

Yes you really can schedule your own movie showing at the resort. Choose from hundreds of movies and sit down and enjoy the show in this 58 seater movie theater.
