Wind power has always been interesting to me. Growing up on a farm, windmills that pumped water for the animals were in every pasture. I understood the concept. Now , with the growing development of wind farms, I see the wind's great potential for the U.S. Also, since I live in the suburbs now and cringe every time I get an electric bill, I can finally start putting wind turbine facts to work for me.

O.K., I get that some people think they are ugly, but I see them as graceful swans on a prairie sea or with just a little bit skill, a whimsical piece of art for my backyard.
