Dear, Squid Angels. I've been trying my best to make my lenses better and it's been a big surprise when a Squid Angel has decided to drop by and Bless one of my Lenses. These blessings have really encouraged me to try to make my lenses even better. Wow! You must be Angels from Heaven to notice me.
I made this lens to say "Thank You" and to say "Your Blessings are Truly Appreciated"! Thank you for your time, thank you for your visit, and thank you for your kind words! I love giving gifts of flowers to say thank you. So...dear, Angels...these flowers are to thank all of you!

What is an Angel Blessing?
An Angel Blessing is a special greeting by a Squid Angel when they visit your fabulous Squidoo Lenses.
If a Squid Angel feels that your lens is special and worthy of a blessing, they will leave you a note in your guest book after they visit your lens. Sometimes, you may even get a boost in your lens ranking after a Squid Angel leaves a blessing on your lens. It is a little bit mysterious, don't you think!
Squid Angels are always busy reviewing and visiting and also looking around for good quality lenses. With so many lenses being built, I can imagine that it is really a tough job to find a special one worth blessing! I sometimes imagine that these Angel Blessings are really Blessings from Heaven!

Who are Squid Angels?
Squid Angels are lensmasters like you and me that volunteer their time to be Squid Angels. From what I understand, they actually have to be appointed Squid Angel duties, bless their hearts, but from whom is a bit of a mystery to me.
There are so many Squid Angels with different duties and so many lensmasters on Squidoo with different duties; it's really hard to keep everyone straight. I have not met most of the Squid Angels so it would be hard for me to introduce them all to other lensmasters.
I found this great lens that introduced me to all the Squid Angels and their current duties. I didn't realize there were so many Squid Angels and that each one has a different requirement for blessing a lens. Interesting!

RocketMoms Recipe Lens - Session 3
Easy & Delicious Beef Barley Soup was a recipe lens I made for this session of the RocketMoms. I took all of the photos last December on a cold winters day.
If you look closely in the photos you may see a Rudolph or a snowman. I uploaded all of these soup photos to Share-a-pic and after three tries of trying to get them in the right order, I managed to create a different effect with the step-by-step photos of how to make beef barley soup. I think it turned out delicious too but playing around with the photos wasn't really that easy!

I had originally thought of making a toy lens on my little china tea set but began thinking of really favorite things and Candy Land came to mind. You might say I have a sweet tooth! I did a bit of searching and found some really great photos of the old version of the same Candy Land game that I had when I was a child. Sweet!

Top 10 Green Veggies - My Favorites
Rocket Moms Top 10 Lens - Session 2
I confess my original Top 10 lens on cookbooks was in WIP. I could only find 8 cookbooks so I put it aside and made a list of green veggies. It's a similar idea of "25 Blue Things About Me" but only green. I found a colorful collection of green veggie posters and then it seemed easy after that.
I recently completed my Top 10 Collectible Canadian Cookbook lens for RocketMoms Session 3. I'm really proud that I completed that cookbook lens. I really have to try and focus on my WIP lenses and decide whether to delete them or finish them.

This is my RocketMoms Lensography that I created for Session 2 on RocketMoms. It has all the lenses I created for both Sessions 2 and 3 on RocketMoms.
In Session 2, the lenses were called assignments and in Session 3, the lenses were called Projects. I will be returning to Session 4 of Rocketmoms to learn more about making Holiday lenses.
