If you love Grenache Blanc as much as I do, a must is Kris Curran 's balanced style of seamless wonderful!!!
It pops on your pallet not effervescent, but the acid moves over your tongue like a soft blanket of enthusiasm. This feeling will rush down your back in an effort to please your salty senses. Wow does it happen just like that? The answer is "Yes yes it does". The reason I know is because of a year in and year out harvest is the artistic play ground for these modern Grape Scientists. They keep producing the best wine because they process the best fruit. Curran creates this magical atmosphere in the Solvang tasting room. Formerly the Wine Maker for Sea Smoke now is the head winemaker at Foley Vineyards. Awesome stuff with just right the right structure to make your pallet "Scream" for some prosciutto. It would be terrible idea to miss this inspirational figure in Wine Country.
