How Wine Calories Affect Your Weight
I became obsessed by wine calories and calories in food when I first needed to lose weight.
My doctor had told me that my cholesterol was too high. So I knew that I had to lose weight, but I didn't know how to do it.
As I like a glass of wine, or two, with my food I decided to find out how many calories there are in a glass of wine.
To put you out of your misery, the answer is around 100 calories in a 4 fluid ounce glass. But, disappointingly, when it comes to losing weight, it doesn't help much to know that.
Losing weight is not simply a matter of cutting out a few of your daily intake of wine calories. That will help a bit, but there is far more to it than giving up a few glasses of wine. Anyway, you don't need to give up that many glasses of wine to lose weight.
When I decided to cut down on my calorie intake, drink less and eat more sensibly, I did lose weight initially. However, very soon I became hungry, temptation go the better of me and I quickly put the weight back on again.
The real battleground when it comes to losing weight is with yourself. What I found out was that I had to be able to control my own "urges" to eat whenever I felt hungry.
Dieting to lose weight is very hard. To succeed you have to really know yourself and how to control the cravings. You have to develop the strength of character and willpower to fight off temptation.
That is why the program with which I eventually succeeded in losing 20 pounds is in three parts. First you have to master yourself, then you need to know how much you need to lose, and finally you need a balanced program of how much you should eat and how much exercise you need to take.
I have set it up so that you can try the first part of this program free of charge. I will give you the 12 Personal Development videos I've made. These will help you understand yourself better, develop more will power and teach you to hypnotize yourself.

So this is a cornerstone of my strategy for losing weight. I decided that I would have to lose a bit of weight quickly. My target was to lose four pounds in the first week. That would be enough, I thought, to convince me that I could lose weight.
My first mistake was to believe that if I'd done it for one week I would be able to go on at the same rate. I found out that I couldn't and that was a real setback.
But then I thought "maybe my body is trying to tell me something here?"
So I did a lot of research which convinced me that it is not a good idea to lose too much weight too quickly.
Apart from anything else it plays havoc with your wardrobe.
So, in the end I settled for losing 2 - 3 pounds a week. That proved to be well within the bounds of my capabilities.
When you study the free videos in my Magic Hats program you will realize that making changes takes a little time. To change your body weight and shape also takes time. (Just think how long it took you to get into the shape you are in now.)
So my advice is to start out by learning how to get control of yourself so that you can fight the temptations that will assail you. The get on to the
