I like to be independant do everything myself

There is nothing like a nice glass of wine after a long days work.  I usually am a beer drinker but I have a rather large amounts of grapes on my mini homestead.  Is it really worth the time and effort to make our own wine?  I think so we will let you know how the progress goes.

I trimmed back the grapes today and all looks well, I will take pictures as I go along the wine making process.
