Organize your wines
Best ways to keep track of your wine collection. I've always been looking for ways to track what wine bottles I have, and when to drink them.

What you need to succeed
To be able to make sense of all your wines, you need:
- a place to store it (where in the house, what temperature (as constant as possible?), lighting, humidity (not too dry to prevent evaporation), etc.)
- some good sources with decent prices and a good selection (K&L Wines would be a good example)
- know what you have
- know what's the best drinkable wine now
- decide how many bottles you'll be storing
This section is work in progress and currently just some random thoughts (and eventually each of these topics should be its own section.
